To remain courteous of others, please arrive on time for a scheduled appointment. We allow 10 minutes window past your scheduled time before we move on to the next line.
Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. We recommend that you make a reservation well in advance so that your desired time can be reserved. Please reference the group parties’ section for group party cancellation
GROUP PARTIES 5 OR MORE
To stay on schedule all members of your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance. A deposit is required at the time of booking for a group party. The deposit is nonrefundable for no-show up. The cardholder will be held responsible for this charge. There will not be charged a cancellation give in with 24-hour notice it.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards for payment. Checks are not accepted
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions that may impact your visit. It is also imperative that we are aware of potentially contagious conditions on your hands and feet. If such a condition exists, we cannot provide services to you without written consent from your physician. We cannot provide services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have such a condition or think one may exist, please notify of us promptly before the service.
No refunds will be provided for any service. We offer complimentary minor fixes with 1 week of the service, pending manager approval.
REPAIR Lacquer polish services are not guaranteed. Only full-set nail enhancements (Acrylic, Liquid gel, dipping powder) and gel manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you notice light chips or lifting in the first 1 week, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days for breakages, tears, corner breaks are $5+. Please your receipt to show proof of services.
